OUR POLICIES:
We value your time and work very hard to ensure we are ready to go when you arrive for your appointment. If you are running behind we understand, but if it's more than 15 min we hold the right to reschedule your appointment.
For appointments that block more than one hour of our time, we will now require a $50 deposit that will go towards your total service cost. Deposits are not refundable if you cancel after our 24 hour cancellation window.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your hair, we ask that you contact us immediately and have up to two weeks to come back in, where we will gladly fix any issue you have with the end result.
